FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Our deliver zip codes include: 11209, 11220, 11228, 11232, 11219. We try to stick to around a 2 mile radius. 

After 2ish miles, you can order from chownow then doordash will deliver for a fee. 

If you have a large order, feel free to call us direct or email and will deliver in house. 

It's on its way. Your order probably came in with a bunch of other orders. We make each order in the priority we receive them.  

Just like other restaurants. we start getting busy around 6-8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. 

Other than these times, we should have no issues delivering within 30-45 mins depending on your location and order size. 

It could be an issue with ChowNow or human error. Send me a message through "contact us" with your issue and we will look into right away. 

The three classics: California,  Spicy Tuna, and Shrimp Tempura Rolls. 

If you're a little more daring, try the Sushi Deluxe, it has a variety of fish to try. 

Covid has completely changed the way we operate and serve our community. 

In the restaurant, we have implemented many measures to keep our staff and patrons safe: 

1. Installed a splash at our counter

2. Installed UV Light in HVAC

3. Spaced out all tables

4. Placed 6' social distancing spacers

5. Liberally placed hand sanitizers for everyone to use

6. Sanitize with Purrell food grade sanitizers after each table

7. Mounted QR codes for virtual menus

8. Partnered with Chownow for virtual ordering

9. All of our staff wear masks

10. Temperature checks

It's a long list and there's a lot more I'm missing. We're doing everything we can to keep everyone safe.
